How to Choose the Right Socks?

The choice of socks is as important as a good choice of shoes.
Size is essential.
Formerly there was talk of surrounding the fist of the hand with the sock to find out the size.
I opt because not all feet are the same and you have to try them as if it were another complement of clothes.
We should also talk about different times of the year to use different kind of  cheap socks.
In winter we can wear thicker socks than in other hotter times. When spring begins with a thin sock is enough.
If the foot sweats a lot, we should perform a mid-day or wet change of sock so they do not stay wet for a long time.I advise to use sock of natural fabrics , they are more breathable.

Depending on the age and activity the sock should be different and meet different requirements:
In the baby it is important to choose a correct size The baby is continuously moving the feet and flexing the fingers and we must avoid chafing.
As babies continuously remove their socks, Snapdragon socks have been designed. These are socks with 2 straps (one on each side) to fasten them to pants or pajamas.
In older people it is essential during the cold months to wear thicker natural fiber socks to keep them warm and avoid the appearance of chilblains. We recommend that they do not pressure to promote circulation (unless a compression stockings are prescribed for a vascular).

Depending on the sport and activity we will also take into account:
In skiing the socks will be designed to keep the foot at a suitable temperature during the time you are in a cold environment. I advise that the thermal socks fit well and evenly to the calf to avoid marks and discomfort. Some have extra calf padding.
For the runner it is sometimes the great forgotten and little attention paid, but it is a key piece as much as the choice of a good designer shoes wholesale. The main objective is to protect the foot, but we must consider more things.
Currently professional racers and many popular racers use compression stockings .
These averages do not improve performance, but various studies have proven to have significant benefits . They reduce muscle pain and reduce post-recovery time, which clearly affects results, facilitates blood circulation, increases athlete's endurance by reducing oxygen consumption,
Following these indications I reiterate in saying that the choice of a sock depending on the age, use or temperature is as important as the choice of a good footwear.
